This is a set of South American Rosewood that I have had for about twenty years. It looks, feels, and sounds
superb. The sound is like Brazilian with an ebony edge, real hard. It
developed a few cracks which were stopped with super glue. The only one
that might enter the guitar pattern might be the one shown on one of the
sides (it is outside of the side pattern for a classical). The price has
been reduced, however, I believe you will find this to be a great rosewood
set with beauty and character, and one you can easily build with without
problems from the sealed cracks. I personally
believe this is one of the best buys on this site.
